Skyshare is now the recognised trade Union for all pilots employed by NetJets Management Ltd. NetJets and Skyshare have signed a recognition and bargaining procedure agreement. Skyshare will bargain on behalf of the pilots with regards to pay, hours and holidays. In addition there will be learning and Health and Safety reps in accordance with UK law.
For now, all matters not falling under the scope as described above will be dealt with by the ECF (the Forum, formerly known as Outreach). We will be working together closely with the elected Forum reps in order to best represent your interests. - Why shoud I join Skyshare ?

Skyshare is now the recognised Union for all pilots of NJM Ltd. If you want to have a say in what Skyshare negotiates you should join. As a member you can participate in the online discussions and surveys as well as vote and stand in the Skyshare elections.
- How is the relationship with Skyshare and Management these days ?

Both sides are committed to working together constructively and respectfully. Our most recent meetings have been very encouraging. We realize that in the last couple of years not everyone agreed with the tone of some of the communications from both sides but we have all learned from that and are determined to leave the past behind and look ahead to the future with our common interests in mind.
- What are Skyshare's goals ?

Skyshare is all about its members. We intend to continue to ask the members through online surveys about the issues that are most important to them. The intention is to safeguard existing terms and conditions and make improvements when and where appropriate. We are realistic about what can and cannot be achieved in this current economic environment but we are convinced that in the medium to long term collective bargaining will proof beneficial for our members. We will always keep the company's interests in mind as we are fully aware that only a healthy, sustainable business will provide us with employment for many years to come.
- How much does membership cost ?

Skyshare Union is a web-based organization and is run by its own members without any salary compensation. Its structure is very cheap, making SKYSHARE one of the cheapest Union organization in the World. In order to cover the various travelling and administration expenses, all members joining the Union are kindly asked to pay a contribution, depending on their position, as follows :
